Re: Death of a Spouse

    In my district a four day bereavement is granted for each death
    described of various family members. If more than one death
    occurs simultaneously; such leaves are consecutive. In
    addition, two more days are granted if distance over 300 miles
    or out of state travel is necessary. One day of bereavement is
    granted for the death of a brother-in-law or sister-in-law. No
    out of state travel is granted for those.

    Looking at what other districts offer on a lot of things, I
    don't think mine is so bad.
