You know they are about 100 miles from each other, right? I don't know the districts in those areas but you may want to check out edjoin.org which lists job openings; even if you're not looking yet, that will give you an idea of salaries and such, and when you click on a job opening it usually includes a link to the district website. You can search by county, city, or district.
