Your contract ended and the district chose not to renew it. I'd
put "no." Explain your employment history at the interview. I
don't think your response on the Ed-Join application will matter
either way. I doubt that an HR director will deny you an
interview because you were dismissed elsewhere. If so, the
district isn't worth your time. It's best to find out sooner
than later.
