background: I live in Cali. I at one time had a NCLB
certificate of compliance for a Cali. charter school. The
date of issuance on the NCLB cert. of comp.(for the charter
school)was 6/1/2003 to 6/1/2008. This would make my NCLB
cert. of comp. expired. I renewed my Cali. clear single
subject science credential.I am a highly qualified teacher
and my current credential does not expire until 6/1/2013
