4.My friend is subbing too.He has a NCLB cert. of compliance
from a Cali. charter school, but his issuance date is 6/1/2006
to 6/1/2011. His NCLB cert. of comp. has not expired. He no
longer works 4 the charter school.He is a highly qualified
teacher.Would my friend need a new NCLB cert. of comp. if he got
hired at a new (Cali.)school? Would the school(who hires him)
fill out the new NCLB cert. of comp. for him?
