All the state has to do is make the state tests easier and
then educational failure can be camouflaged as success. I
am 90 percent sure that is what California did this year.
This year, test scores jumped all over the state. What do
you think happened? Do you think that districts all over
California suddenly and simultaneously in one year found
the secret to academic improvement or do you think the
state just made the tests easier? LOL
