Trying to approach the school district about this will be a waste
of time. Here is what you should do to get results. First, you
should call every news station and any local talk show hosts to
get one to tell the story. They are always looking for exciting
local news. Don't lie to them in anyway, but supply as many
juicy details as you can that are true as this will cause them
to be interested in airing the story. The negative publicity
about a school endangering students will cause the district to
    do something about it.

Also, go to the next school board meeting. There should be a
public comments part to the meeting where you can stand up and
tell what is happening. Bring as many people to the meeting as
possible. Also alert the news ahead of time about it.

If I were the parent of the child who was threatened, I would
pull them out of school and I would have a lawyer send the
district a letter about endangering my child and I would insist
that the district provide transportation for my child to another
    school.

The only way to protect the children from other children is to
make a bigger fuss than all the people out there who want to
enable the students who are misbehaving and endangering other
children. The special needs advocates are the rustiest and
noisiest wheels so they get all the attention and they get
things their way. The only way to fight them is to squeak as
loud as they do. You need to be aggressive, confrontational,
litigious and persistent just like the bleeding heart liberals
who are responsible for dangerous and disruptive students being
    in school
